Description:
As a Senior TA Partner for the Enterprise Search Team, you will be recognized as a

You will lead the charge as a point of contact for internal
business partners, HRBP’s, and peers within TA. This includes, but is not
limited to:
-Managing all report-building and distribution
for the team, as requested by TA Leadership, HRBP’s, and business leaders. This
could be done within Starsource DIT, Excel, or PowerPoint.
-Manage and/or attend any regular touch base
calls with business leaders and/or HRBP’s.
-Lead project teams and execute initiatives
across your smaller TA team, including thinking more globally about how
projects and initiatives can influence the overall TA team.
-Function as the subject matter expert for the
resources and technology that we use as a team: Starsource, HireVue, Amplify,
Starsource DIT reporting, Certiphi, HRSS processes, MS Excel and PowerPoint,
LinkedIn, Cognos, and Sharepoint.
-Indirectly leading and mentoring team members,
