POSITION SUMMARY
Assist Enterprise FP&A leadership team in maintaining a strong performance management process through development of internal management reporting for the total company forecast, budget and long-term plan; development of materials to support Investor Relations messaging; project management work; maintenance of the planning and forecasting calendar; and integration activities.

Fundamental Components:
This role will work with the Enterprise FP&A leadership team to support multiple work streams, by:
*Assisting in the development/maintenance of the Planning & Forecasting calendar
*Building quarterly forecast, annual budget and long-term plan reporting packages for business and finance senior leaders and Investor Relations (includes creating retrieves, running reports out of Hyperion and SAP, developing the right schedules to tell the relevant story, etc.)
* Working with the business and shared service areas to ensure tight connectivity and good communication / guidance throughout forecasting and planning cycles
* Working closely with segment FP&A teams and corporate areas to discuss data needs
* Accommodating ad hoc data requests
*Project managing integration-related activities


BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized team player who others can count on to get the job done well. This department is fast-paced, with high exposure, so the ideal candidate needs to be adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, experienced in Excel, and a good communicator.
This position requires Excel user skills, a working knowledge of Hyperion and/or SAP, an understanding of financial statements, and organization/project management abilities.
2+ years financial management experience including strategic and business planning, accounting and financial analysis.
Experience in healthcare, managed care insurance or financial services a plus.


EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
