Culture and Change Management Senior Advisor

Primary Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford, RI-Woonsocket

**This position can be located in Woonsocket RI or Hartford CT preferred. Could consider other office locations.**

Exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR and Talent Acquisition team at Aetna, A CVS Health Company as a Culture and Change Management Senior Director.

The Culture & Change Management Senior Advisor will partner with clients of all levels to develop strategies to
support business change. In this role, you will create, develop & implement culture and change management
solutions that minimize disruption while supporting business results. You will measure the impact on the business of talent management solutions implemented in the CVS Health organization. To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess the highest levels of collaboration, innovation and accountability.

Fundamental Components:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Design and develop culture and change management strategic materials, working along-side key business leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Take a leadership role to influence thinking and business strategies on multiple projects across the enterprise and all lines of CVS Health Business.
  • Conduct analysis and assessment to design and measure tactics to ensure adoption of key changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, build trusted relationships and quickly influence leaders through collaboration to set direction and deliver practical business solutions.
  • Design, plan and facilitate groups/meetings

Background Experience:
  • 5 years of previous Culture or Change
    Management, HR or organization development experience.
  • Prior experience in leading complex organizational development
  • 15% travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in HR related field preferred

Additional Job Information:
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Proven ability to satisfy customers needs and develop alternatives to resolve issues.
