Senior Analyst

Primary Location: Windsor, Connecticut
Additional Locations: CT-Windsor

Responsible for leading the success of operations team. Efficiently follows processes while constantly looking for ways to improve quality. May assist with the analysis and research of data. Assists other team members with technical problems.Provides monthly management dashboards and weekly team report metrics.

Fundamental Components:

Performs tasks and follows pre-set processes to achieve operational objectives of team. Contributes in projects to improve current processes and increase efficiency. Utilizes technology to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks. Assists team members, as needed, to ensure team objectives are met. Focuses on compliance and ensures potential issues are raised immediately. Communicates effectively and promotes a team environment.

Background Experience:

Solid understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to learn new systems and processes

Problem solving and time-management skills

Previous experience working as part of a team

Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed

Exposure to the insurance/healthcare industry a plus, but
not required

Exposure to MS Access a plus, but not required

Additional Job Information:

We’re looking for an individual who is excited to learn
about our operations in Aetna Pharmacy Management and help us with continuous
process improvements. This position is a great way to gain exposure to integral
components of Pharmacy operations. The right candidate will use their technical
skills (particularly MS Excel) to contribute to the success of this operations
department. This role will give the right candidate a chance to succeed at an
industry leading company.
