Transformation FP&A Manager

Primary Location: Hartford, CT
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford, MA-Wellesley, RI-Woonsocket
As a key member of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting financials for Transformation businesses. You will provide leadership in the management of monthly close, quarterly forecast and Strategic and Operating Plans. You will help Finance Leadership stay apprised of financial results, support businesses, and manage financial performance.

Responsible for coordinating and supervising financial budgeting, forecasting and planning functions.
Generally directs a group of financial consultants/analysts on immediate team, and cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
Own and manage processes or ad-hoc projects as an individual contributor, autonomously.

Fundamental Components:
Transformation FP&A manager will help harmonize and communicate the financial results and forecast of the transformation businesses.

-Manage processes that control/monitor key drivers to achieve business goals
-Evaluate, analyze, and present financial information relative to plans and goals, benchmarks, and other data to business and -finance leaders within and external to the transformation business unit
-Provide forecasting estimates to assist in future budgeting and resource requirements May be responsible for overseeing and developing models for financial forecasting and reporting functions
-Partner and communicate for efficiency and consistency with all business unit CFOs


Background Experience:
Bachelor's degree along with 4 - 8 years related accounting/financial experience
Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA preferred
Healthcare finance a plus
Experience with business planning, accounting and/or financial analysis desired
Prior experience leading a project team

Additional Job Information:
