Brand Managers are the ambassadors of the enterprise brand and are responsible for ensuring that the cornerstone brands e.g. CVS Caremark, CVS Pharmacy, Minute Clinic, & Aetna are expressed properly and consistently at every touch point. The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development of strategic recommendations and branding initiatives to drive results in targeted markets, businesses, or consumer segments.


Fundamental Components:
- Develops and executes branding strategies to meet business goals as indicated by the Directors.
- Acts as a strategic advisor to contribute to the development of company objectives.
- Effectively implements integrated brand strategies and programs that result in inspirational and differentiated customer experiences.
- Provides thought leadership and direction for branding solutions.
- Develops the branding strategy and implementations plans working in collaboration with the management team.
- Develops, executes and monitors the brand strategy and supporting activities.


Background Experience:
- 10+ years of brand strategy, management or activation experience (areas of expertise: brand strategy, naming, & architecture, brand identity, & governance)
- Experience in Branding or Marketing Agencies, or Management Consulting roles
- Experience in program, project, and vendor management.
- Master's degree preferred
