Senior Program Manager - Clinical PlatformPrimary Location: Wellesley, Massachusetts
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford, MA-Wellesley, NY-New York Apply
Program Manager responsible for defining and implementing a Utilization Management (UM) solution on the new Clinical Platform that will achieve UM operational imperatives and the defined program business case.
- Lead interactions with UM Operations to define and implement a solution on the clinical platform that will meet UM imperatives and strategic vision.
- Oversee Utilization Management optimization initiatives, including coordination and management of external vendor.
- Understand business case and develop roadmap for achieving defined outcomes.
- Identify and manage issues, escalating to the program lead where necessary
10+ years managed care / health insurance industry experience, Utilization Management experience nice to have.
Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.
Experience implementing projects using Agile methodology.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
