A talented, self-motivated senior designer to bring excellent strategy & inspiring creative to our inhouse Agency. The ideal candidate will be flexible, humble, and collaborative.
Mentors and helps train junior designers on craft & skills
Comfortable moving between multiple projects while continually advancing the creative.
Initiates creative concepts in partnership with writers, and brings them to life through compelling strategic visuals.
61181Fundamental Components: - Develops original creative assets for print/digital creative projects that bring together copy and design elements.
- Leads ideation sessions that result in the development of new and relevant creative solutions.
- Promotes inter-disciplinary collaboration.
- Responsible for ensuring that all output is in alignment with the larger Aetna Brand promise and conforms to the principles underlying the Aetna Brand Identity standards.
- Plans, establishes, and implements the ideation, production, and delivery of industry leading creative solutions that exceed client expectations. Background Experience: Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and strong design capabilities.
7+ years creative experience with external or in-house agency.
Expertise in designing for multi-channel marketing that can work across different media.
Master of Adobe Creative Suite,
