Programmatic Display Channel Manager

Programmatic Display Channel Manager
This channel manager will be responsible for managing digital advertising and direct response initiatives served on programmatic Display channels. They will collaborate with the Media team and agency partner to oversee display marketing programs and continually improve upon KPIs. The ideal person for this role has hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns, a deep understanding of the display/programmatic ecosystem, and an analytical eye when it comes to measurement and incrementality.

Fundamental Components:
Leads development, implementation, and optimization of programmatic campaigns to successfully execute the defined strategy and achieve business results
Work closely with internal and external teams to understand and communicate the technical requirements of campaigns.
Grow our functional understanding and proficiency within the programmatic ecosystem to allow for further efficiencies
Partner with media and analytics teams to determine DMP audience strategies with an emphasis in developing nuanced creative for alignment with audience targets and behavior
QA / Troubleshoot issues and proactively seek to prevent delivery and performance concerns
Set performance goals, measure for success, and adjust plan to deliver against growth agenda
Recommend new marketing tactics and techniques to retain and drive new customer acquisition
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and incorporate feedback to improve processes

Background Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of digital media experience with focus in programmatic display
Determine spend allocation by ad format (banner, RM, video, native) for a given KPI
Experience with DSPs (DV360, TradeDesk, Media Math etc.)
Leveraging a DMP for targeting 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data
Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) experience a plus
Knowledge of how to optimize using viewability and brand safety
Strong analytical skills; ability analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
