Advanced finance position performing complex assignments requiring advanced analytical and technical skills. Candidate will serve as the Medicare subject matter expert for the West local markets excluding California


Fundamental Components:
  • Performs more complex financial reporting requiring advanced analytical and technical skills
  • You will continue to grow and expand into new areas.
  • Communicate extensively to units outside the finance department. The ability to take complex ideas and numbers and simplify is essential.
  • You will be working with the Medicare GM, MEU and Network Management.
  • Build and maintain models within the unit and across other departments. Advanced programming in VBA is required.
  • Assists with analysis of key components of financial results and address questions as needed
  • Be able to grasp when results are inconsistent with expectations to alert management of possible concerns.


Background Experience:
Candidate will need to:
  1. 3-5 years finance related experience generally required, healthcare finance a plus.
  2. Be able to work in a non-structured environment. The job will continue to grow and expand into new areas.
  3. Communicate extensively to units outside the finance department. The ability to take complex ideas and numbers and simplify is essential. The role will be working with the Medicare GM, MEU and Network Management.
  4. Build and maintain models within the unit and across other departments. Advanced programming in VBA is required.
  5. Be able to grasp when results are inconsistent with expectations to alert management of possible concerns.
  6. Prior experience leading a project team Bachelor’s Degree; Finance or Accounting degree required.
