Description:
Responsible for building a smart, integrated, and automated marketing and sales ecosystem.

Supports internal communications needs as it relates to Salesforce. Additionally, this person will be responsible for Operations communications strategy including Executive communications. A sample of responsibilities include: assisting in marketing large project initiatives to internal users, work with sales partners on CLM needs, training/demonstrations, steering committee ownership and release notes.

Assists in implementing and testing tools and programs to support the development of the skills and competencies Aetna employees require to achieve Aetna’s business goals effectively.



Fundamental Components:
Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting for CLM changes and work with developers for deployment
Creatively translate information using business knowledge
Provides strong subject matter expertise and guides other team members and stakeholders on key approaches, tactics, or industry techniques.
Ability to execute and support communications for business and operational initiatives, including content reviews, updates, and maintenance
Serves as a guide to business partners through digital initiatives as a SME and clearly articulate how to execute using the available tools.
Make recommendations to address business issues
Collaborates with subject matter expert and stakeholders for reviews and project requirements.
responsible for portions of projects with guidance and direction
Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts
Knowledge and experience with collecting end user requirements, developing user profiles and/or personas, conducting task analysis and eliciting user feedback.
Executive communications as needed supporting the COO of Meritain Health
May assist in educating customers on the value, use and interpretation of information with assistance from Plan Sponsor strategy team
Assist in development and execution educational/tutorial tools
Consult with project team to refine requirements and include usability testing strategy and objectives in the development process.
Issue identification, and information and data sourcing
Ensure understanding and proper use of systems, policies and tools
Leads a variety of projects
Quality Assurance for Salesforce
Facilitation as Necessary


Background Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years related experience with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility
  • Minimum of 5+ years technical and/or business communications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end user
