Acts as an Advocate for, and support, the business by serving as a quality champion through measuring and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of work processes with Meritain Health's Salesforce instance. Consult and/or work cross functionally to influence and promote change in order to continually deliver quality service to our internal and external customers.

Accountable for review and/or handling of quality audits. Uses analytical and statistical techniques and tools to evaluate and model business processes. Influences enhancements to business processes and system infrastructure to improve quality data. Utilizes quality assurance methodologies to review aspects of the organization.

Fundamental Components:

Performs audits including, but not limited to quality management and procedural documentation, in accordance with company policies.
Conducts audit and analysis on Salesforce data; provides evaluation of findings.
Develops and delivers recommendations or findings in a report format suitable to the audience.
Has subject matter knowledge in functional areas of responsibility, providing recommendations for the development of creative solutions for new audit tools, products, processes and non-standard requirements.
Performs audits including, but not limited to quality management and procedural documentation, next layer internal audits, in accordance with company policies.
Uses analytical and statistical techniques and tools to evaluate and model business processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts
Influences changes/enhancements to business processes, training materials, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information.

Determines and communicates impacts on business processes, systems and products from legislative, regulatory and compliance changes in area of responsibility.
Develops solutions that meet the business requirements while minimizing business and financial risks.
Examines customer feedback and other measures of quality.
Coordinates the development of training. May deliver advanced training and may provide guidance or expertise to quality staff and individuals from the Training unit.
Creates communication strategies and presentations for both internal and external customers to educate and address continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Uses analytical and statistical techniques and tools to evaluate and model business processes.
Translates complex data into constructive data and information and makes recommendations
Works with management to assure follow-up re-evaluation activities occur when deficiencies are identified.
Recommends corrective action when appropriate. May conduct re-assessment analysis.
Maintains all appropriate documentation.

Background Experience:

3 - 5 years of work experience in the audit environment that reflects a proven track record or proficiency in the competencies noted

High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's degree preferred


Salesforce experience as a user or admin preferred
