POSITION SUMMARY
New business sales for Aetna products and services in support of profitablegrowth and other business objectives. Develops and executes strategic businessplans for strong middle market accounts.

Acts as strategic business partner to customers and producers to optimize the
positioning of Aetna’s products and services and to attain profitability and
membership objectives.
Draws from entire spectrum of product line and seeks opportunities to execute
cross-selling opportunities.
Works collaboratively within Aetna and across business functions to ensure
customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed.
Coordinates resources to ensure a successful case installation of new products
and services.

Background Experience:
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
2-3+ years industry experience.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/General Lines Agent - Life, Accident Health & HMO is desired

Functional - Sales & Service/Fully insured products/1-3 Years
Functional - Sales & Service/Self insured/stop loss products/1-3 Years
