To manage Aetna’s sales, service, and retention efforts for global products in an assigned region to achieve profitable growth and earnings targets.To manage operational goals and maximize efficiencies.
Supports the development of strong relationships directly with customers, prospects and internal business partners that lead to the achievement of new sales, profitable growth and earnings targets.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
·Supports the Head of Sales/Team Manager in the achievement of the revenue goals for the assigned portfolio/region
·Assists in the cultivation and development of producer and consultant contacts in the assigned territory
·Maintains contact and opportunity data in salesforce.com software package
·Develops research and material around potential prospects and marketplace data
·Maintains awareness of competitive landscape
·Produces sales of International product through direct and producer distribution channels
·Articulate the Aetna Global Value Proposition
·Supports the cross-sell efforts with National Accounts, Middle Market and Small Business segments
·To take responsibility to always actively treat customers fairly (TCF) and support / drive any TCF initiative
·1 to 3 employee benefits experience in account sales, client management or related
·Fluent in written & spoken English
·Excellent presentation skills
·Knowledge of international medical insurance market
·College degree or equivalent experience
·Licensure as required by local authority
