National Account Associate

Support Account Management team with tasks associated with growing and renewing business and strengthening customer relations on a shared or assigned book of business or customer base.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, self-starter to provide high-level administrative support to the Northwest National Accounts Sales/Service team and provide back-up assistance to other constituents. The
ideal candidate will be a professional team player with previous administrative experience. Working in a team environment, the major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating numerous requests and projects for the Sales & Service team, professional phone coverage, making travel arrangements, coordinating calendars and meeting preparation materials, including meeting lines, conference rooms, equipment arrangements. They will
also be responsible for materials ordering (enrollment kits, marketing materials) during Open Enrollment and throughout the year.



Fundamental Components:
This position provides the administrative support for the Seattle National Accounts team. We require excellent administrative skills and experience, including proficiency in the appropriate software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook). You should be able to work independently and take initiative to identify issues and solve problems. You will define what needs to be done and follow through. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, using all resources available to ensure assignments are completed. You should be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, to a variety of audiences and levels of management. Flexibility and good time utilization skills are essential.

Background Experience:

High school diploma, G.E.D or equivalent experience

Life and health insurance license is desired



Functional Skills:
Marketing - Sales support, Products-Medical - All Aetna Standard Plans, Sales & Service - Sales administration, support, reporting

Technology Experience:
Aetna Application - Aetna Administrative System, Desktop Tool - Microsoft Outlook, Desktop Tool - Microsoft PowerPoint, Desktop Tool - Microsoft Word, Remote Acces - Cisco VPN (hardware and software suite)
