Sells to producers or customers in assigned customer or business segment, product, and geographies.
Meets assigned sales objectives and seeks opportunities for profitable growth. Acts as strategic business partner to customers and producers to optimize the positioning of Aetna's products and services and to attain profitability and membership objectives. Draws from entire spectrum of product line and seeks opportunities to execute cross selling opportunities. Works collaboratively within Aetna and across business functions to ensure customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed. Coordinates resources to ensure a successful case installation of new products and services. Exhibits successful Account Executive Behaviors
2-5 years of sales experience
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired
Functional - Sales & Service/Self insured/stop loss products/1-3 Years
