User Experience Lead

Description:
Responsible for leading user experience work for GPS program. Supports one or more trains in this capacity. Will coordinate user research and usability testing, as well as serve on solution intake team representing UX.

Defining problems to be solved, and proposing user forward solutions to solve.

Deliverables include:
  • mockups/wireframes
  • process maps
  • journey maps
  • feature playbooks
  • user research
  • usability testing

  • Background in process change/improvement
  • Background in customer service


Background Experience:
  • Experience with wire framing, journey mapping, usability testing - REQUIRED
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience with healthcare is preferred
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of experience related to standards & measurements, technology, systems and processes, including project consultation preferred.
  • Proven track record in making measurable improvements to CSR and member experience
