Actuarial Analyst (Cred)

POSITION SUMMARY
Join a high-performing actuarial team supporting CVS Health and Aetna's government services pharmacy business. This roles primary focus is to support various actuarial analyses for the Medicare Part D business (MAPD and PDP, Individual and EGWP).

Fundamental Components:
This position is for an entry-level actuarial analyst who will work closely with other actuaries within the Part D business helping with a number of functions.
- Rate Reviews- Compile and analyze data to determine appropriate rating action.

- Reserve Analysis- Provide technical support in the analysis of reserve levels.
- Planning & Forecasting- Provide technical support for planning, forecasting and reporting process.
- Ad Hoc Analysis – Compile and analyze data.



BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Actuarial Science/Statistics/Mathematics with 3.5 GPA
Passed a minimum of 1 - 2 actuarial exams is preferred
Excellent Excel knowledge along with SAS experience

Demonstrated initiative and perseverance
Excellent oral and written communication skills


EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:
Office preference is Scottsdale, AZ (CVSH office)
Considered for any US location; training period in the office may be required
