Field Sales Representative - Bilingual (Spanish speaking)

Looking for a dynamic Medicare Field Sales Representative who is bi-lingual Spanish and has experience selling the Medicare Advantage product lines directly to include the DSNP product. Must be able to generate their own leads through community marketing efforts and be experienced in locating and managing community marketing grass root events that are located where the DSNP population resides.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, meet sales goals as assigned. Basic technical skills to manage programs such as Sales force lead management and e-mails as well as develop a on-going business plan are required.
  • Strong public speaking skills needed.
  • Excellent Medicare sales track record required. We need closers.
  • Ability to travel Ventura, Kern, Fresno.
  • Must be a licensed insurance agent or eligible.

Fundamental Components:
  • Identifies community events to drive leads and sales to grow the Medicare Advantage product lines, focusing on DNSP products.
  • Works closely with centers of influence and providers as needed. Identifies and manages events on an on-going basis.
  • Works collaboratively with the Medicare Sales team to drive overall sales to meet plan objectives.


Background Experience:
  • Experience in community marketing to drive leads that generate sales results.
  • Working with Senior focused Centers of influence with a DSNP focus helpful.
  • Must have a Life and Health insurance license.


Additional Job Information:
This is a hands on sales role, selling directly to Seniors. Must have the skills to generate leads on their own. This is tied to new market launches so ability to schedule events in the community will be critical to driving sales and brand awareness in the DSNP community. (low income focused)
