Achieves sales targets through building strategic partnerships with assigned producers to identify new profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities for segment. Also responsible for assisting in renewal strategy.
63126Fundamental Components: Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with brokers/consultants and clients in Northern California. Takes leadership role in setting strategy and collaborating with Underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospects. Negotiating self funded and fully insured contract for medical coverage and Aetna full array of products. Case presale underwriting, negotiating new business and renewal business for all product lines. Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna's strengths accordingly. Conduct sales presentations and renewal presentations. Role has set membership and revenue objectives. Background Experience:
- Looking for a self motivated individual that works well in a team environment.
- Prefer experience in both fully insured and self insured medical product and familiar with dental, vision and voluntary lines.
- Maintains appropriate state licensure and appointment requirements.
