D-SNP Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Position will be responsible for the oversight and management of HEDIS for D-SNP (Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan). Will require project management/coordination with the National Quality Management Team and the Medicaid Team and involve working with and understanding multiple systems and processes.

Fundamental Components:
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on D-SNP HEDIS Measures
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on D-SNP regulations/requirements related to HEDIS/Quality Improvement
Project Management/Coordination of Project Work between NQM HEDIS and Medicaid Teams

Attend/Facilitate Key D-SNP Meetings
Prepare/Present D-SNP Materials
Work In/Competently Navigate Key Systems

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
Proven negotiation skills.
Experience includes development and management of various projects and or program.
Proven project management skills.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
