Clinical Team Lead (RN, LPC or LCSW)

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will oversee MLTSS training for the MLTSS department ensuring that all contractually and plan required trainings are tracked and completed timely for all staff.

Fundamental Components:

Responsible for initial and ongoing NJ Choice Training.
Responsible to mentor, coach, and train new and retrain senior staff.
Responsible for collaborating with MLTSS management and quality management team.
Responsible for creating or modifying training resources and solutions when identifying departmental needs.
Responsible to attend state meetings and trainings.
Responsible for field shadowing care management staff.
Perform other task as assigned by MLTSS Director.


BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

2-3+ years of clinical and managed care experience is required
Knowledge of MLTSS program is required
Proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding is required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Must be time efficient and highly organized.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to reporting issues to management is required
Ability to mentor and support staff to meet business needs is required
Proven track record of subject matter expertise is required
Must be able to adapt to fast pace changing environment.
Ability to travel to meetings in the state of NJ.
Valid non restricted NJ Registered licensure is required

MLTSS related care management experience is strongly preferred

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is required
OR
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required
OR
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required


FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Medical Management/Medical Management - Case Management

Telework Specifications:

Option for telework will be determined after 90 day in office orientation period.
