Develops and fosters strong internal and external working relationships. Research pricing and renewal data for all partner for leadership review. Serve as main contact for dissemination of pricing and product changes for each partner relationship. Identifies and owns strategies for partners around changes and modifications for captive and alternate team as well as other impacted client management personnel. Represents the division in vetting process and discussion for potential new partners/vendors. Serves as main point of contact for RFPs on existing clients. Develops and executes strategic business plans for captive and alternate partners to support revenue growth, member retention and achievement of financial objectives. Researches and evaluates financial results and identifies opportunities for improvement. Works with the team to develop and maintain policies and procedures specific to captives and alternate partners. Identifies and executes cross sell opportunities with partners. Responsible for maintaining current, updated playbook for the division.
61668Fundamental Components: Meets assigned sales and retention objectives and seeks opportunities for profitable growth. Acts as strategic business partner to partners and producers. Draws from entire spectrum of product line and seeks opportunities to execute cross-sell strategies by partner. Works collaboratively within Meritain and across business functions to ensure partner, broker and client needs are understood and key issues are addressed. Thoroughly analyzes and reviews financial reports in order to consult with partners. Coordinates with sales counterpart to ensure understanding of programs and products. Background Experience: 8-10+ years industry or client management experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of self funding experience/background. Multi-functional experience, e.g., underwriting preferred. College degree or equivalent experience Insurance license, as required by state law.
