Supervisor, Claim Operations

Primary Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Additional Locations: PA-Pittsburgh

Responsible for the overall
supervision of a team of Medicare Claim processing employees. Accountable for
customer satisfaction, retention, and managing growth by efficiently delivering
competitive services to members/providers.

Fundamental Components:

Candidates who enjoy a
challenge and are looking to grow within a fast-paced environment will be
successful in this position. This position will be responsible for supervising
a team of Medicare medical claim processors on the HMO platform. Other duties
include inventory management and representing Medicare on various projects and
initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for conducting yearly
performance evaluations as well as ongoing coaching/mentoring of staff. The
ideal candidate will be highly engaged in delivering industry leading
performance. Ability to collaborate across boundaries is highly desired.

Background Experience:

1 -3 years of claim
processing and/or customer service experience. Previous experience mentoring
staff. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Working knowledge of MS
Office. Previous supervisory skills highly recommended.

develop staff while consistently delivering caring, high-quality, efficient
service to our Medicare beneficiaries and plan sponsors. This role provides the
successful candidate with future growth in management and leadership
development. We are recruiting for 3 positions located in our Pittsburgh, PA Medicare site.
