Special Projects Manager (68192BR)Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ

This position is responsible for oversight, management and compliance with Federal and State funded grants including but not limited to addressing the opioid use disorder, Mental Health Block Grants, Substance Abuse Block Grants as administered by Mercy Care Plan, Regional Behavioral Health Authority for the central region. The position requires knowledge of substance abuse programming, grant management. This staff is actively Involved in initiative planning, ongoing client relationship management and satisfaction for assigned initiatives to ensure plan contract compliance. This staff collaborates across plan departments and external stakeholder and Providers as well as plan regulators. Participates as a team member, may be responsible for concurrent initiatives or act as team lead for less complex projects based on resource requirements.
