The Salesforce Reporting Admin is a critical role for Aetna Clinical technology enablement team. This is a hands-on position and the candidate will collaborate/consult with key stakeholders in business, program management and IT to deliver on key Clinical business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment. Fundamental Components:
Basic Qualifications:
- Performs reporting gap analysis of all new incoming Salesforce configuration and development requests

-Experience interviewing business partners for complex operational reporting requests and translating into simplified business needs and requirements
-Ensures success criteria is documented and measurement can be achieved
-Detailed Knowledge of Custom Report types and reporting/dashboards in Lightning experience
-Advanced understanding of Salesforce reporting concepts (Use of bucket fields, cross filters, Matrix vs Joined Reports, Dynamic dashboards, Reporting Snapshots)
- Writes user stories and acceptance criteria for complex Agile deployments
- Strong influencing and communication skills. Conversant with both technical and business audience
- Work with cross-functional Scrum teams to maintain and enhance Salesforce reports/dashboards
- Works independently to make decisions regarding resolution of issues
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams
- Salesforce Certifications required to be considered for this position: Administrator

Background Experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in

- Fluent in Salesforce Lightning
- Creates ad hoc and customized report types, reports and dashboards
- Working experience with Hadoop, Tableau or other similar data analytic tools
- UAT testing of reporting changes that are aligned to planned releases

- Salesforce Certifications preferred to be considered for this position: Advanced Administrator
