This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Robotics initiative in the finance organization. CVS Health is in the midst of a finance transformation and opportunities to improve processes and have an influence on the direction of the company abound. This role will work with a Business Analyst to automate processes using primarily Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL Server, and more.

Fundamental Components:
This role will form part of the finance Innovation Solution Center and be critical in all aspects of the robotics and automation initiatives for Finance. The successful candidate will preferably have experience in Automation Anywhere, and UI Path, both with Task Bots and Meta Bots. Problematic processes like unsupported reconciliations, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls are all examples of some of the tasks that this role could take on. Ideally this candidate would possess a varied tool kit of programming skills in many languages and understand not only BOT configuration but the overall infrastructure of the product.

Background Experience:
Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.5+ years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.Operational experience in a relevant discipline. Masters degree preferred, but not required.College degree.Appropriate licensure or certification by discipline preferred.

  • Self-motivated with a process improvement mindset
  • Ability to understand the big picture, but also break that down into smaller actionable steps.
  • Advanced knowledge of RPA, preferably Automation Anywhere.
  • Knowledge of other languages like C#, .NET, Java, etc.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
