IT Production Support Lead AnalystPrimary Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Additional Locations: AZ-Phoenix Apply
61028Fundamental Components: Ensure Service request (IT Work orders) are handled within SLA; Flexible to perform IT service request as needed
Conducts or leads root cause analysis of system defects, control/ audit deficiencies, outages, enhancements and production checkouts etc.
Lead IT Application Prevention Management activities and coordinates on IT/Infrastructure enhancement projects
Ensure batch operations are completed as expected. Flexible to perform batch operations as needed
Lead Automation of Manual IT Operational activities
Ensure successful System/ File Monitoring, IT day-to-day operations and application maintenance
Completes activities on time and within budget, and proactively identifies and communicates issues that may jeopardize delivery dates or budget May assist in the training of less experienced staff and may assume supervisory responsibility in the absence of the supervisor.
Performs related duties as assigned or requested. Background Experience: 5+ years work experience that reflects a proven track record or proficiency in the competencies noted.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Additional Job Information: Ability to work effectively with business areas and IT management and staff.
