Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and SOC department. Share skills and knowledge to support the Mercy Care provider network. Implementation of evidence based practice in well underway, you can use your expertise to support enhanced model fidelity as our Employment Rehabilitation Manager.

The Employment Rehabilitation Manager is responsible for managing a continuum of rehabilitation and employment services to assist Mercy Care members achieve their rehabilitation and employment goals. The Employment Rehabilitation Manager is responsible for collaborating with specialty providers, RBHA, ACC, ALTCS providers/ staff, ADES/RSA and internal department with Mercy Care. In addition, responsible to identify service expansion and/or program development needs related to psychiatric rehabilitation and employment.

Fundamental Components:

(*) Participates in planning/ oversight/ monitoring of employment and rehabilitation services including evidence based practice
(*) Provide training and technical assistance for provider network on employment and rehabilitation related topics
(*) Establish collaborative partnership with business, secondary education, vocational training and re entry community partners
(*) Collaborate with population specific employment / work force development
(*) Collaborate with external stakeholders including AZ DES, AZ RSA/ VR and business community
(*) Monitor and analyze data trends
(*) Utilize data to identify program enhancement opportunities

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

(*) Past positions required job development /career/ educational counseling/ vocational planning /
(*) Knowledge of work incentives and WIOA, employer tax credits
(*) Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
(*) Proven communication skills both written and verbal
(*) Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
