A1A Sr Administrative Assistant

Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ
Additional Locations: AZ-Phoenix
  • Provide a wide variety of administrative support for a Director, multiple managers or departments.
  • Compose correspondence, compile & analyze data, manage calendar and is a delegate for Director activities in eService.

Fundamental Components:
  • Working with senior level leadership to organize and plan various functions.
  • Places orders for system access for employees.
  • Utilizes tools for organizing and planning projects.

Background Experience:
  • 1-3 years administrative or technical support experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's College degree (desired).
  • Strong ability to organize, communicate thoroughly yet succinctly.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Able to work effectively with senior level and entry level employees.
  • Ability to foresee and overcome obstacles.
