Account Manager - Central Region

Primary Location: Omaha, NE
Additional Locations: NE-Omaha

The PayFlex Account Manager (AM) will provide superior service and seamless administration of the PayFlex products & services for the Central region. The AM will focus on the development of strong day-to-day relationships and execution of processes to efficiently meet each plan sponsor's needs. Cross-training to manage other PayFlex products will also be aligned in order to have the AM be a single point-of-contact to efficiently meet the needs of an assigned book of business. This position will cultivate strong relationships with the Field Account Executive/Account Managers, brokers and Plan Sponsors. Provides superior Consumer Fund Services knowledge of products, services and financial arrangements to allow the retention and growth of existing customers and effectively impact new sales growth.

Fundamental Components:
• Key point of contact for research and resolution of plan sponsor/broker inquiries and system set up • Possesses excellent problem-solving, time management, and organization skills • Communicates effectively with internal and external clients • Monitors work queues daily and serves as additional resource for team • Reviews regulation and policy updates regularly and informs clients as required, identifying opportunities for additional education for employers • Meets proactively with clients to review service needs and supports efforts to maintain a 100% client retention rate • Identifies and implements complex service improvement opportunities • Understands organization's strategic goals and aligns priorities accordingly by offering clients creative and innovative recommendations to increase productivity and performance • Works independently and self manages a heavy daily workflow

Background Experience:
3-5 years Client Service or Account Management experience related to Employee Benefits Plans, especially Cobra Administration.
Previous experience with supporting National Clients
Strong organizational, time management and responsive skills.
Able to travel up to 25% regionally.
Proficient skill level with MS Office Programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
