POSITION SUMMARY
Strategy & Transformation Managing Director will oversee development of the strategy and running transformation initiatives in Clinical Services and Platform Solutions organization

Fundamental Components:
Manages the overall delivery of information and transaction products and activities by ensuring the project team uses consistent definitions and methodologies where appropriate. Responsible for managing, directing and planning one complex or multiple less complex projects. Works with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly Presents to internal/external customers, constituents and business partners, strong business as well as systems knowledge and can perform reasonability checks. Conducts or oversees the analysis, planning, design and development activities to achieve business objectives. Influences change or enhancements to business processes, policies and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability and access. Develops and participates in presentation and consultation to executives, business partners and internal business areas on information services, capabilities and performance results. Negotiates resources in peer organizations to meet high priority department objectives. Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances. Manages budget, plans and expenses.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
* 7-10 years of demonstrated leadership (independent operator or leading a team).
* 7-10 years of project/program/process management experience (strategy consulting experience preferred).
* 7-10 years of data interpretation and analysis experience (advanced in MS Excel).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (advanced in MS PowerPoint).
* Attention to detail and comfort with creating executive materials.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

Telework Specifications:
Full time WAH - flexible.
