POSITION SUMMARY
Does operationalizing corporate policies and procedures excite you? Are you a stickler for the rules? Can you enforce a governance framework for a large organization? Then the Enterprise Content & Social Media team at Aetna is looking for you.

The team is hiring a Senior Content & Social Media Operations & Governance Specialist to support operations and governance within Aetna's Marketing organization, and across all employees. We are looking for an ambitious, operationally-minded innovator to understand business goals and priorities and assist building necessary operations and governance solutions to help meet them. The Senior Specialist will help streamline processes, ensure efficiency and fulfill team needs.

The candidate must demonstrate prior experience and success navigating large, highly matrixed organizations.
Primary responsibilities include:

Fundamental Components:

Operations:

- Act as system administrator for content and social media tools, overseeing user licenses and permissions
- Work as the primary point of contact for technology vendors, managing communications and socializing important tool updates
- Outline and maintain workflows for team processes and operating models
- Publish editorial content on Aetna's owned channels through our data asset management system
- Maintain and update Enterprise Social Media & Content intranet content

Governance:
- Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance and understanding of governance best practices
- Support the development of new, and update existing content and social media guidelines, policies, playbooks, and training programs
- Audit official social media platforms to ensure compliance to guidelines
- Maintain an enterprise-wide framework of policies, procedures and tools to support content and social media governance

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
5 years experience with governance and operations within an organization
Proactively identifies solutions and is able to implement them quickly and nimbly
Able to work independently without close supervision, and as part of a collaborative team
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Willing to collaborate on large teams for cross-functional projects
Ability to influence others and interact at all levels of an organization
Extreme attention to detail
Marketing experience necessary
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
Experience with social media tools such as Sprinklr and Bitly
Experience with content management solutions such as Adobe AEM
Healthcare industry experience a plus
5+ years experience in marketing or related field.
Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.
Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.
Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
