Director, DSNP Market Performance (60759BR)

The National DSNP Program Office supports DSNP growth, expansion, strategy, clinical and administrative operations, and overall performance of all DSNPs. This position is focused on supporting overall market performance by collaborating with key enterprise, market and segment leadership to support DSNP growth, expansion, and overall market-based product performance.This position will be responsible for working with enterprise and segment departments and functions that support DSNPs and markets serving as liaison focused on monitoring effectiveness and impact of state strategy, sales, product competitiveness, network, and overall product performance.

Fundamental Components:

To be successful in this position, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in developing DSNP growth strategies, in managing DSNP performance including marketing and sales, state strategy, product development, regulatory requirements, and financial performance.

Monitor and oversee DSNP performance including Marketing and Sales, Network, Product, Market Performance and Regulatory Compliance.

Lead strategic efforts to increase growth and financial performance of DSNPs in multiple states by working with state and product leadership.

Serve as liaison and SME supporting DSNP growth and expansion.
Facilitate development of state specific expansion and growth strategies.
Work with Medicare and Medicaid markets and enterprise functional areas to develop and monitor DSNP targeted expansion, growth, financial performance and member retention strategies.

Work with individual markets to evaluate and monitor product performance including financial, retention, member satisfaction, etc.
Work with marketing and sales, network, member retention, operations, and related operational areas to identify improvement opportunities focused on improving financial outcomes and member and provider engagement and satisfaction.

Facilitate cross-functional planning efforts to formulate and implement strategy for achieving applicable department/unit metrics and provide operational direction to support achievement.
Serve as marketing and sales, product design, state strategy, and technical, professional and business resource and DSNP subject matter expert to markets, enterprise and segment leadership.
Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to internal and external audiences.
Monitor performance and outcomes of new and established programs and services.

Background Experience:
Medicare and DSNP experience including state strategy, marketing and sales, product development, member retention, and P&L ownership.
Experience developing, designing and implementing clinical and related operational programs for dual eligible and clinically complex Medicare populations and for understanding Medicare utilization management, Special Needs Plan model of care and care management requirements, and other specialized clinical initiatives.
Experience with Medicaid managed care including managed long-term care services and supports preferred.
Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.

Additional Job Information:
Role will involving working closely with market-based DSNP Program Managers as well as key market-based and enterprise functions. P&L responsibility for DSNP product is owned by the Chief Medicare Officer.
