Client Support Advocate

Primary Location: New Jersey
Additional Locations: NJ-Freehold, NJ-Mt Laurel, NJ-Newark, NJ-Parsippany, NJ-Princeton

The Client Support Advocate role is an onsite position dedicated to the support of BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Pennsauken, NJ. This individual will act like an extension of the Benefit Staff for Aetnas products and services. They will learn various aspects of the BAYADA organization through technology training, hands-on learning, and office site visits. They will effectively interact with BAYADA as a single point of contact (SPOC) for escalated member issues and complex global issues to include, but not limited to claims, eligibility and benefits. This individual will work with not only Benefit Staff but BAYADA employees, BAYADA Staff & other BAYADA departments related to Benefits Administration and look for ways to improve office work flow process. They will understand and be able to instruct on the companys benefits policies as well as the laws governing mandatory insurance coverage in order to comply with legal requirements and to establish competitive benefit programs.
They will collaborate with operations team, account management and other points of contacts throughout the organization to identify plan-specific issues and implement action plans to address account performance. They will provide technical support to external and internal constituents on issues, products as well as offer education on Aetnas tools and resources..

Fundamental Components:

Solid understanding of Aetna plan benefits, eligibility, and claims systems. Successful candidates must have excellent communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, time management and organizational skills. The ability to influence constituents and represent a professional image of the company is critical.

Background Experience:

3-5 years previous experience with Call Center/Claim environment is desired. Account Management experience and/or Plan Sponsor Service experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This individual must be able to interact with members in person, email and telephonically. Strong presentation skills are a must. Hospital / Healthcare experience a plus.

Additional Job Information:

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:
This is a client based model. The position is onsite at the clients office located in, Pennsauken, NJ 08109, which is about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA. A training period in the local PA Aetna office may be required dependent on the knowledge base of the applicant.
