Supvr, Customer Service

Primary Location: New Albany, Ohio
Additional Locations: OH-New Albany
You manage a team up to 25 front line customer service representatives. You will be responsible for managing their time and attendance, backlog, and ensure that they are meeting the needs of their constituents. You will be responsible for reviewing multiple customer service reports that will help manager your team to success.

Fundamental Components:
You will manage a team of 25 employees handling time off request, coaching and mentoring the toe am to success through face to face interaction. You will handle multiple escalations and handle all day to day activities for the call team.

2 years leading claim/customer service team.
Experience with claim/call center environment.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
