DSNP Medicare Sales Representative

Primary Location: Mobile, Alabama
Additional Locations: AL-Mobile
We are seeking a DSNP Medicare Sales Representative with Medicare experience to support our goals. This is a highly collaborative role designed to deliver an exceptional experience to the Aetna Membership. The Medicare Sales Representative will report to the Medicare Sales Leader and will support the Medicare sales and marketing strategy for Aetna.

Fundamental Components:
Health Insurance Licensed, Medicare Advantage health plan sales experience, DSNP experience preferred

Responsible for in-home and group presentations to the Medicare population about Aetna Medicare Products. Establish a book of business from presentations and/or self-generated leads/referrals. Responsible for meeting individual sales goals, quotas, and management objectives based upon corporate sales and marketing goals. Implement strategies to increase enrollment. Work health fairs and other events to increase the Aetna brand and awareness as well as increase enrollment opportunities.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired

Functional - Sales & Service/Individual sales/4-6 Years
Functional - Sales & Service/Account Management/4-6 Years

Technical - Computer Operations/System and Console Operations/1-3 Years/End User
