Lead all Meritain sales efforts to solve complex benefit challenges using customized self-funded solutions.
Works through the external broker community to promote and develop the Meritain brand in the local market.
Establish local market partnerships with Aetna sales teams and sales leaders to maximize the Aetna distribution channel.
Identify products, services, and strategies that solve challenges for TPA clients.
Assist with strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
Deep understanding of stop loss insurance
Managing complex negotiations
Extensive knowledge of competitive landscape in territory
Experience in relationship building with local brokers/consultants
Effective forecasting and pipeline management
Proficient in sales presentation skills
