About the role

As the Clinical Services Lead, you will have pivotal role in supporting the location vHealth & clinic operations leadership teams to ensure the secure the successful launch and delivery of vHealth services and clinic operations.

Responsibilities will include:

·Supporting the development, maintenance and monitoring of standard operational procedures to deliver required services,outstanding customer experience and high standards of care consistently across all vHealth services and clinics.

·Leading development of the approach to clinical risk management globally across vHealth and clinics

·Leading the development and implementation of the training model for vHealth clinicians, scope content and development requirements, identify potential partners, help to develop business cases forinvestment, secure necessary funding and manage key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

·Proactively leading clinical projects, asassigned, by setting and managing strategic direction and owning end-to-end implementation and delivery.

·Providing ongoing communication and updates to vHealth and clinic leadership and contributes and participates in team meetings.

·This position has no supervisory oversight of staff, but requires a solid understanding of the workflows, policies and procedures to ensure the team is producing at a successful level.

What you’ll need

·Experience of operational management within primary/outpatient care and digital health and/or telemedicine.
·Strong results in leading complex strategic projects.
·Experience of clinical governance and risk management in healthcare.
·Ability to mentor and support staff to meet business needs
·Exceptional communication skills that spans project planning, written recommendations and executive presentations.
-You’ll be time efficient, flexible and highly organised capable of working with various teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
·Excellent customer service orientation,including a proven ability to develop and nurture a customer-focused culture.
·The ability (and desire) to work in a fast paced, pressure-filled and change-oriented environment.
·Bachelor’s degree / University degree in clinical discipline, from an accredited institution with minimum 3 years’experience in clinical practice.
