Description:

Acts a single point-of-contact in support pf timely and accurate customer installations. Processes and coordinates all plan benefit changes and required structural and administrative updates into systems essential for on-line viewing, claim enrollment and billing purposes.

Fundamental Components:

Analyzes and determine if products and services selected by customers are aligned with their benefit needs, and can be adequately supported through existing systems or operating platforms; alternatively, seeks solutions and negotiates essential requirements in support of any non-standard plan selections. (*)
Actively consults and communicates with internal constituents regarding the details associated with new business and revision activity in a timely manner and validates account structure. (*)
Completes timely and accurate set-up of complex account structure and detailed benefit plans in systems for multiple constituents meeting internal/external deadlines for production of various products and services. (*)
Reviews benefits to ensure compliance with state and Federal legislative mandates; partners with consultants, brokers, third party administrators (TPA) and others to review plan sponsor benefits and structure. (*)
Assists with the development and testing of new or enhanced product offerings. (*)
Provides technical expertise to team/unit, mentors junior staff members, and assists with the development and implementation of training tools/ids and processes.

EDUCATION
