POSITION SUMMARY
Provides targeted, personalized service based on a holistic view of the member, benefits, health information and through engagement. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence.

Fundamental Components:
Answers questions and resolves issues as a single-point-of-contact for members regarding medical claim billing and payment. In this role, during each member interaction, you are expected to advocate for our members' best health by helping them get the most from their benefits, build trust and provide a clear path to care.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Customer Service experience in a non-transaction based environment.
Effective, articulate and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical, empathetic and caring thinker
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Must be able to listen and comprehend, type documentation and research at the same time.
Spanish Bi-lingual (not all 20 but would like 5-10)
Ability to work until 6pm EST, Monday - Friday
Professional and courteous

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
