Technology/Program ArchitectPrimary Location: Hartford, Connecticut

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, passionate about organizing people and teams, and an excellent communicator and has strong project manager capabilities.
You should also have intuitive business sense and be able to see the big picture while going deep into the details.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required. Background Experience: -Experience with architectural abstractions and design patterns.
-Minimum of 3 years recent and related experience in information systems development or implementation
-Very strong communication, facilitation, organization and leadership skills.
-Experience with process/workflow methodology a plus.
-Experience with Quickbase, Archer and Mega technologies a plus.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
