Strategic Relationship Executive

Primary Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford
To lead the PayFlex relationship with a new book of business building the relationship with the benefits administration team to ensure flawless execution and ongoing support of this newly formed P&L.

Fundamental Components:
- Owns the relationship between PayFlex and the C-Suite Benefits Administration leadership; functions as the overall relationship manager
- Defines and leads the implementation of the tactical strategy for new business
- Provides strategic insight on key IT deliverables to ensure appropriate prioritization
- Defines the governance structure and leads the meetings monthly/quarterly with key stakeholders, and accountable for all follow up
- Listens and shapes the desires of the new business Benefits Administration leadership on functionality, product design, and overall account support
- Uses data analytics to inform and shape the strategy
- Accountable to lead the cross functional teams through project plan tactical deliverables, and ensure projects delivered on time with keen execution
- Drives penetration of the PayFlex product adoption through the membership and market to those not on our plans
- Accountable for all financial and budgetary checks and balances that impact the P&L
- Liaison with IT and other key stakeholders to the account

- Large client relationship experience 8-10 years
- Superior executive presence both in material and facilitating meetings with C-Suite leaders
- Innate ability to balance competing organizational needs and priorities, comfortable having the difficult conversations internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree desired
- Proven exceptional project management skills
- Keen financial and budgetary experience
