Senior Project ManagerPrimary Location: Hartford, Connecticut

This position is responsible for project management in support of a single large customer.
Responsibilities include managing an operating plan that will support the operational, marketing and communications needs for a single large customer. This will include open enrollment planning, member communications, and execution and tracking of initiatives, processes and models that directly impact this customer. The selected individual will work closely with multiple constituents and internal business partners. The person selected will schedule and facilitate internal meetings that will ensure the coordination and completion of required tasks and activities in support of the customer.
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
Proven communication skills both written and verbal
Prior business planning experience
Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team
Excel and project management experience required
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
Solid Project Management and supervisory skills
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
