Senior Project Manager, Account ManagementPrimary Location: Hartford, CT

64102Fundamental Components: Develops and implements strategic project plan in support of the Account Management Operating Model. Proactively leads project initiatives by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed. This initiative will cover multiple components related to people, process, technology, and will be delivered through multiple phases. The work is broad in scope and will cover Account Management Operating Model Enhancements for multiple segments (National Accounts, Public & Labor, Middle Markets, and Small Group). Responsible for status reporting to track progress against the project plan and communicates to identified stakeholders. Proactively identifies gaps and recommends mitigation strategy to ensure successful execution of planned enhancements. Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross functional/segment) stakeholders. Background Experience: Solid Project Management skills. Proven interpersonal skills and ability to accomplish work through influence. Past positions required acting as project lead and directing a team. Proven communication skills both written and verbal. Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources. Additional Job Information: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Adaptable to changes in direction/scope. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or Sales and Account Management is a plus, but not required.
