Senior Director Consumer Engagement/Product Development

POSITION SUMMARY
The Product and Program Development Office within the Products and Services division is leading an ambitious and industry disruptive strategy to revolutionize how we interact with our members as we join them in their pursuit of their ideal health journey. Our mission is to deliver seamlessly integrated capabilities to transform the member experience and improve health. We are looking for a leader in product development who will work with pace, build to significant scale and is passionate about disrupting the healthcare experience for consumers.

Fundamental Components:
Develop and oversee the execution of Aetna's clinical engagement product strategy to create a differentiated member experience.
Oversee new clinical product design, partnering with clinical operations, finance, digital product, and sales to identify and detail business case development, product requirements, and go-to-market strategy.
Develop a new, holistic, and simplified care management strategy while optimizing program design for Aetnas existing care management portfolio.

Lead market and competitive analysis to aid strategic decision making and development of key positioning for Aetna's wellbeing product portfolio.
Support the creation of clinical content for use across Aetna's digital platforms.
Support the design of health care rewards strategy to drive behavior change and improve member health.
Drive efforts to measure the impact of Aetnas clinical product portfolio.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
5+ years experience in Healthcare and/or Product Development.
Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.
Passion for leveraging analytics and technology to help members achieve their optimal health through consumer-driven behavior change.

Deep understanding of healthcare systems, and the policy and payment structures that support them.
Experience working in a matrixed organization; with previous success in partnering with other teams and individuals to drive solutions and outcomes. The key non-clinical partners to this role include; analytics, marketing, clinical operations, product sales, and digital product.

Effective communication/influencing skills applied to broad internal/external audience.
Demonstrated success with process improvement and project management initiatives.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:
Position can also be located in New York, NY as well.
