Senior Business Analyst

Primary Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford
Gather business requirements and understand the business context. Create the requirement documents based on business needs for the Sales Team and walk through the document with Business Unit Leads. Convert business requirements to technical/functional specifications and determine, develop and deploy solutions. Provide enhancement and issue resolution support for the Sales Team. Receive requests for enhancements in the functionality of the current application and review them. Convert code change requirements to technical specifications and coordinate with the development team. Analyze configuration changes and perform configuration changes in eSFDC environment. Review issues posted and resolve them by updating SFDC components. Identify issues impacting performance of the environment and determine solutions. Coordinate, create and execute user acceptance testing plans and conduct production checkout on new releases for business intakes. Conduct user acceptance testing for new features or change in functionality for Sales Application in SFDC, document the testing scripts and submit to the portal. Coordinate with the business team to collect and submit the scripts. Extract or load data to eSFDC as per day to day requirements using Data loader software. Create and monitor reports used by LG or SG Sales teams for sales opportunities.

Background Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or closely relatedMinimum 5 years of business analysis experience. Must have experience with Salesforce Lightning and Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies inclusive of IBM RTC toolsets to manage backlog (Epics, Features, Stories); and experience reviewing code. Must also have at least two years of experience working closely with a Salesforce Technical Architect/Lead in assisting the design and development recommendations in line with Salesforce Best Practices; and with Salesforce hands-on experience.
