Senior Administrative Assistant

Primary Location: Hartford, CT
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford
Provide a wide variety of administrative support for the corporate subsidiary management team. Duties include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Manage team calendars and schedule meetings;
  • Organize confidential corporate documents and maintenance of corporate minute books;
  • Distribute and collect signatures on important corporate documents;
  • Prepare correspondence with state regulatory bodies;
  • Create documents by using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • Prepare documents requested for audit purposes; and
  • Other miscellaneous work as directed by lawyers and paralegals.

Fundamental Components:
May participate in special projects that require overtime commitments. Coordinates meetings with senior leaders and ability to communicate effectively with others.

Background Experience:
5-10 years administrative support experience. High school diploma or equivalent.Associate's College degree (desired). Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (desired).
