Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas.

Fundamental Components:
- Responsible for Aetna's producer and consultant collateral strategy.
- Acts as liaison between the distribution partnership team and marketing to influence and drive all producer / consultant assets.
- Leads and manages all communication efforts to ensure our producers and consultants are informed of Aetna's solutions. (Through: webinars, utube videos, microsites, newsletters)
- Supports all national and local sponsorship events to ensure a consistent experience is provided across firms. Owns event calendar
- Coordinate and support all aspects of execution for national industry events. Gain exposure to all levels of leadership in and outside of Aetna (Ie. EBLF, Conference Board)
- Ensures CVS/Aetna news is shared regularly with our distribution partners and drives excitement in the marketplace.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
3-5 years related work experience.
Proven track record meeting project dates.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES
Functional - Project Management/Project Manager/4-6 Years
Functional - Sales & Service/Sales administration, support, reporting/1-3 Years
