The Commercial Product Aetna/CVS Solutions team is looking for a strategic thinker with excellent judgment and business sense for the role of Product Manager. This leader will join a dynamic and growing team striving to transform the delivery of healthcare providing members the services they need to achieve their personal health ambitions and, in so doing, to fundamentally revolutionize employer-provided health insurance programs.
Product Strategy and Commercialization of benefits, plans and programs
Develop, prioritize and manage product pipeline (from ideation through delivery to monitoring of results)
Lead ongoing market and competitive analyses to aid strategic decision making and development of key messaging/positioning
Lead product ideation and conceptualization efforts, for new products, programs and/or product enhancements, working in close partnership with other business areas by leveraging in-depth knowledge and understanding of market trends, customer needs/expectations, and internal capabilities
Develop supporting business cases and supporting financial models for new product ideas / concepts supporting well defined product performance metrics
Manages the commercialization and launch of multiple concurrent new product, benefit, service concepts into the marketplace through Product Solutions and Management Stage Gating process.

Results driven bringing a sense of urgency to the role with full accountability for the products they lead with end to end responsibility, acting in the capacity of CEO of their products
Collaborate in matrixed environment with other business areas and leaders to ensure appropriate project prioritization, funding, and change controls activity (budget or scope)
Can leverage verbal and written communication to all levels of leadership to obtain buy-in from critical partners including prioritization, business case development and funding
Ability to build and leverage strong relationships and remove barriers; navigate and work across business areas
Oversee multiple competing products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail
Serve as product expert and utilize all resources available to achieve objectives.
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) along with 5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits; product development and/or management experience preferred
Demonstrated success with large product development and/or management initiatives, including Stage Gating process in a matrixed environment
Effective communication/influencing skills applied to broad internal/external audience
